You choose the fee you sign. Tipscope never holds keys, never signs, and cannot reverse a transaction. Verify against your own RPC before sending value.
Fee, tip, slot and price data are read from public endpoints and passed through unchanged. Names of other services are used descriptively. No affiliation is claimed.
